Nutrition Challenge Overview

It's almost summer time which is a great excuse to tighten up on your eating habits and sign up for CTO's Summer Nutrition Challenge!

This challenge is different from our past challenges.  This time we have three different goal-specific divisions:
  • "Get Your Sh*t Straight Newbie" Division
  • "Shed the Fat" Division
  • "Get Jacked & Tan" Division
Below are some rules and important dates.  Please feel free to contact Coach Dee or Coach Andy for any questions or scheduling issues you may have.  We want MAX participation and strict adherence for this challenge.  Let's have some fun!
  • Challenge Buy-In:  $20 (Nutrition Lecture is free to all CTO athletes)
  • You must be measured and photographed before and after the 30 days
    • Men wear workout shorts
    • Women wear shorts & sports bra
  • Every participant will do the specified WOD
  • Every participant will be responsible for a daily food log
    • Use your CTO WOD book
    • Electronic log/email will be required weekly
  • Full participation is required!  You MUST attend:
    • The initial briefing
    • The first and last day of baseling testing and the workout
    • Makeup days will be included, so please make arrangements if you can't attend

  • Important Dates to Remember:
    • Initial Nutrition Briefing:  May 24th @ 6:30pm - 8:00pm
    • Photos/Weigh-In/Benchmark WOD:  May 26th & 27th @ 9:00am - 11:00am
    • Nutrition Challenge Start Date:  May 29th
    • Weekly journals emailed to your mentor every Friday:
      • June 1
      • June 8
      • June 15
      • June 22
      • June 29
    • Summer Potluck:  TBD
    • Final testing/challenge end dates:  June 30th - July 1st
    • Announcement of Winners:  July 2nd
